Softball Hitting Classes
Sports Zone's Softball Hitting Classes are designed to maximize each players consistency at the plate, increase bat speed and power and make each player a more confident hitter. Mechanical and mental training will also be covered during each session.
Monday Night Hitting Class :

Session 1: November 9, 16, 23, 30 December 7, 14
Session 2: January 4, 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8
Session 3: February 22, March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

Softball Catching Class
Fundamentals on, the set up with no runners on base, with runners on base. Glove actions: receiving strikes and picking short hops, blocking, glove transfer, throwing footwork, throwing mechanics, throwing programs. Fielding the position: bunt plays, pop ups, plays at the plate, and responsibilities on the field.
